1. One of our consultants will discuss every single step of the buying process with you and will assist you in understanding the purchase system in Cyprus. This is an all encompassing advice program that Cyprus-LevelHomes provides to all our clients.

2. After the consultation our consultant will assist you on choosing the right property for you and help you go through the procedure of reserving it, paying the deposit and balance of the purchase price.

3. Once the reservation of the property is completed your sales executive shall accompany you to the Solicitor’s office to sign the sales contract for the property. Your Solicitor will stamp and register the contract with the Land Registry.

4. On completion of the legal paperwork, our company is committed to provide you with regular updates regarding the construction and building progress of your property. This involves regular e-mails accompanied with construction photos of each construction stage.

5. Our staff can provide any assistance that you need in choosing your finishes, furniture and introduce you to our reputable associates for additional services that you may require.

6. The property will be delivered to on the delivery date and we will notify you of all the steps that you need to take for the handing over of the keys well in advance.

7. The snagging procedure shall be undertaken during delivering of the property.

8. Connection of the utilities is something that your solicitor shall be dealing with jointly with us before delivery of the property.
